Robert Feinberg's practice is concentrated in healthcare, criminal defense, and construction litigation.
His broad-based healthcare litigation practice centers on the representation of hospitals and other healthcare facilities, physicians, nurses, and other professionals in malpractice, credentialing, and licensure board matters.
As a former criminal prosecutor and deputy county attorney, Robert has a wide-ranging criminal defense practice including DUI, DWI and other traffic offenses, allegations against juveniles (criminal court and school disciplinary actions), possession of prohibited substances, theft, property crimes, white collar and internal corporate investigations involving theft, fraud, and other misconduct.
