Suellen Fulstone is an experienced trial lawyer who has handled a variety of civil cases involving a broad range of commercial, real property and employment law claims, including breach of contract, bad faith, unfair trade practices, fraud, state and federal RICO, and condemnation. She led the defense of the heavy metal group Judas Priest from personal injury/wrongful death claims. Suellen recently represented residential property owners in obtaining more than $40,000,000 in property tax refunds. With more than 30 years of practice, she has significant experience in every phase of litigation – from pleading and motion practice through discovery, settlement, trial and appeal, including jurisdictional issues and injunctive and extraordinary writ relief. Suellen has successfully represented clients in judge and jury trials in state and federal court, as well as on appeal to the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Her employment practice involves the representation of employers in all aspects of employment law including defending employers in wrongful discharge, discrimination and harassment claims in state and federal courts, litigating the enforcement of non-competition agreements, counseling employers on various issues, including hiring and termination decisions, employee handbooks and harassment training, and negotiating and drafting employment and separation agreements.
