Attorney Development Committee (ADC)

About the ADC

The Attorney Development Committee at Snell & Wilmer consists of a large group of representative associates, counsel, and partners across our offices whose primary goal is to create, manage, and improve professional development opportunities for our attorneys from the first day they join the firm. Through our Mentoring, Lateral Integration, and Training Committee initiatives, members make every effort to provide our attorneys with the tools necessary to thrive and enjoy the practice of law at Snell & Wilmer. For associates, we commit to providing the resources necessary to assist them to develop into self-sustaining partners.

The Committee meets frequently to identify, develop, and monitor initiatives that will enable all attorneys who join Snell & Wilmer to reach their full potential, both personally and professionally. We often work closely with our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team to enrich learning and development opportunities. With the assistance and leadership of the Attorney Development administrative team, the Committee coordinates with practice group leadership and other administrative departments to best identify and address the unique needs of new associates and lateral attorneys. Committee members also serve as a point of contact for attorneys within their offices to communicate concerns to firm leadership. In doing so, the Committee has the full support of the firm's Executive Committee.
