Gabrielle Morlock focuses her practice in both transactional real estate and intellectual property transactions and counseling. Her real estate practice includes assisting clients in commercial and residential purchase and sale agreements, airport regulatory requirements and related agreements, lease transactions for commercial, retail and industrial properties, and transactions relating to development of real property and condominium conversions.
Gabrielle’s intellectual property practice is concentrated in intellectual property counseling, intellectual property transactions and trademark prosecution. She advises clients on intellectual property protection and handles various aspects of related transactional matters, including licensing, non-compete agreements, consent agreements and related policies and transactions. Gabrielle advises and drafts agreements pertaining to government and defense contracting requirements regarding intellectual property, data rights and FAR and DFAR compliance.
