Edgar Origel’s practice is concentrated on real estate, development and leasing, business transactions in Mexico, particularly real estate investment, hospitality, corporate counseling, incorporation, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign transactions, condominium law, immigration, trademarks, and labor and general legal consulting. Edgar regularly represents U.S. and Mexican developers, builders, real estate brokers and hospitality groups on a variety of matters across Mexico. He obtained his law degree (J.D. equivalent) from the Universidad de Guadalajara in 2011. Edgar was born in La Paz, B.C.S., and raised in Los Cabos, B.C.S.
Before joining Snell & Wilmer, Edgar was the In-House-Attorney of El Encanto de la Laguna, a beach front luxury development located in the East Cape, Los Cabos, Mexico.
