Clients We Serve

Our intellectual property and technology clients are spread across the United States and around the world. Why Clients Select Us

Knowledgeable and Experienced: All of our intellectual property and technology attorneys have professional backgrounds and degrees in a variety of technical disciplines, including engineering, computer science, materials science, physics, chemistry, biology, physiology and biochemistry. Several of our attorneys have attained advanced master’s or doctorate degrees in these disciplines as well.

Depth and Breadth: Our intellectual property group includes over 50 attorneys across 16 offices, making it one of the largest intellectual property practices in the western United States. With very few exceptions, our patent attorneys are admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and several of our attorneys are admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, D.C., which hears all patent litigation appeals.
