Robert Feinberg is a criminal defense attorney in Phoenix, part of the firm’s Special Litigation and Compliance Group. He has a broad-based litigation and trial practice. Robert conducts internal corporate investigations, identifying issues and formulating front-line tactical response plans to address alleged workplace misconduct. Robert's practice includes defending DUI and other traffic offenses, allegations against juveniles (criminal court and school disciplinary actions), possession of prohibited substances, theft, fraud, organized crime, asset forfeiture, property crimes, assault and white collar crimes.
