Morgan Hicks concentrates his practice in commercial finance representation of both lenders and borrowers, including regional and national banks, private lenders, and commercial borrowers. He has helped facilitate a broad variety of financial transactions, including those involving construction financing and real estate acquisitions. Morgan assists clients by conducting due diligence, title and survey review, and drafting loan documentation. He also has experience advising clients in general commercial transactions and in matters involving the cannabis industry.
