Jennifer Puchalski's practice is focused on real estate. Her experience includes representing real estate developers, investors, institutional lenders, government entities and other landowners in real estate transactions. These transactions include acquisition and construction financings, development projects, land use and entitlement matters, commercial leases and ground leasing of real property.
Jennifer is only licensed to practice in California and New York.
