  1. Separately, the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) has implemented a moratorium on foreclosures and evictions on single-family homes with mortgages through Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. This applies to both homeowners and renters. This moratorium, which was originally set to expire on June 30, 2020, has been extended until at least December 31, 2020.
