Hayden Hilliard's practice is focused in commercial finance. His experience includes both asset-based financing and lending secured by commercial real estate. He represents banks and other institutional lenders in connection with borrower acquisitions, construction projects, debt refinancing, and other commercial transactions. Hayden assists clients with title and survey review, due diligence and loan documentation.
