Snell & Wilmer Represents Lumifi in Acquisition of Netsurion

PHOENIX - Snell & Wilmer advised Lumifi®, a leading innovator in cybersecurity and managed detection and response (MDR) services offering Fortune 500-level security solutions to support security-conscious teams, in its acquisition of Netsurion, a Managed Extended Detection and Response (XDR) provider. 

The acquisition is projected to allow Lumifi to deliver enhanced security to Netsuiron’s customer base via Lumifi’s U.S.-based Security Operations Center (SOC), along with Lumifi’ s proprietary SHIELDVision™ platform. This is Lumifi’s third acquisition since 2022 and second in the past twelve months. Netsurion’s prevalence among managed service provider (MSP) clientele will support Lumifi’s strategic endeavors into the MSP space.

In October 2023, Lumifi unveiled its plan to expand its portfolio by targeting similar cybersecurity firms through its acquisition of Castra, which the same Snell & Wilmer team also advised on.
