Snell & Wilmer Represents Lumifi in Acquisition of Castra

PHOENIX - Snell & Wilmer advised Lumifi®, a leading innovator in cybersecurity and managed detection and response (MDR) services offering Fortune 500-level security solutions to support security-conscious teams, in its acquisition of Castra Managed Security, a respected enterprise-level MDR firm. Castra specializes in Exabeam, a security information and event management (SIEM) platform. The acquisition is expected to allow Lumifi to expand its capabilities and reinforce its commitment to the Gartner Visibility triad, while relying on Castra’s expertise in Exabeam to expand its SIEM.

Lumifi unveiled its plan to expand its portfolio by targeting similar cybersecurity firms. This strategy is underscored by this $14 million Castra acquisition. Merging elite cybersecurity analysts with cutting-edge systems, Lumifi upholds a gold standard in safeguarding its premium clientele. The company is poised to secure two to four more acquisitions in the coming nine to eighteen months.
