Represented a private insurance brokerage in its sale to a private equity firm for approximately $140 million
Represented a real estate software company in a merger with a strategic buyer for approximately $60 million
Represented a publicly traded company in its acquisition of a contract manufacturer for approximately $50 million
Represented publicly traded utility provider in various acquisitions of other private utilities
Represented a roofing company in its sale to a private equity firm for approximately $20 million
Represented real estate sponsor in a private placement raising funds to acquire hotel properties
Represented real estate developer in the formation of a Qualified Opportunity Zone Fund. Representation included drafting the operating agreements of the Qualified Opportunity Zone Fund, the Qualified Opportunity Zone Business, and the manager entity of the Qualified Opportunity Zone Business
