Snell & Wilmer Advises Federal Software Provider Integrated Data Services in Its Sale to Private Equity Firm Arlington Capital PartnersAugust 4, 2023
LOS ANGELES – Snell & Wilmer advised Integrated Data Services, Inc. (IDS) in its sale to a Washington, DC-based private equity firm, Arlington Capital Partners (Arlington). Jerome Murray and James Truhe, the co-founders of IDS, will retain a minority stake in IDS as part of the transaction.

The company’s flagship software offering, Comprehensive Cost and Requirement (CCaR), is primarily utilized to automate historically manually-intensive processes centered around program portfolio management. IDS employs over 275 employees and serves nearly 30 customer locations across the Air Force, Army, Space Force, and other defense and civilian departments.
