Caylye Nordling is an associate in Snell & Wilmer’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group. Her practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, representing companies and fund sponsors in the purchase and sale of businesses. Caylye also provides general corporate governance advice to clients. Caylye regularly drafts and negotiates transaction documents, including non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements, purchase agreements, rollover agreements, escrow agreements, and various governing documents. She also has experience drafting and negotiating documents in connection with other corporate matters, such as debt financings, real estate transactions, incentive equity grants, and general commercial transactions.
Caylye is known for her attention to detail and client-focused approach. She enjoys taking deep dives into her clients’ businesses and guides them through the process with a “hand-in-hand” approach that clients appreciate.
Caylye’s practice has increasingly centered on more mergers and acquisitions, and has progressed from standard responsibilities to handling matters independently, reflecting her distinct experience and earned client trust.
In addition to her practice, Caylye serves on the Attorney Development Committee and acts as a mentor to junior associates. She values being a resource for others, having benefited from strong mentors herself.
