Caylye Nordling is an associate in Snell & Wilmer’s corporate and securities group. Her practice is focused in representing companies and fund sponsors in the purchase and sale of portfolio companies along with providing general governance advice to corporate clients. Caylye regularly drafts and negotiates transaction documents, including non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements, purchase agreements, rollover agreements, escrow agreements, and various governing documents. She also has experience drafting and negotiating documents in connection with other corporate matters, such as debt financings, real estate transactions, incentive equity grants, and general commercial transactions.
