• Represented a developer of utility-scale wind and solar projects in connection with ground leases, easements, and amendments regarding such projects
• Represented medical spa treatment and skincare company in its brick-and-mortar expansion into various retail locations and hotels
• Assisted lender with real estate and finance diligence relating to $11 billion financing of wind energy and transmission project

• Represented a remote, IoT-based environmental monitoring solutions company in its sale to a European corporation
• Drafted organizational documents for limited liability companies and corporations, including but not limited to articles, certificates, bylaws, shareholder agreements, board resolutions, and member consents
