Snell & Wilmer Advises Digital Enablement Solutions Provider AVI-SPL in Acquisition of Adtech

ORANGE COUNTY – Snell & Wilmer advised AVI-SPL, a digital enablement solutions provider, in its acquisition of Adtech Systems, an audio-visual design and systems integration firm with a focus on continuously optimizing communications and collaboration solutions for the modern workplace. This acquisition strengthens AVI-SPL’s resources in the U.S. northeast region, a market that, according to AVI-SPL’s research, shows considerable opportunity from untapped demand for IT services covering the full lifecycle of unified communications, collaboration, and experience technology solutions.
