Katy Annuschat McCaig's practice is concentrated in corporate and securities. She advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, private placements and venture capital financing, securities offerings and securities law compliance, entity formations and corporate governance, owner relations, buyouts and disputes, general contract negotiations, and a variety of general corporate matters.
