Katherine Nessan’s practice is concentrated in corporate and securities and real estate matters. She advises clients on a wide range of corporate and real estate transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, various corporate governance matters, reorganizations and dissolutions, contract drafting and negotiation, entity formation and structure, securities law compliance, and other general business matters.
Katie is also an active member of Snell & Wilmer’s Community Involvement and Hiring Committees.
