Biography

Robert Feinberg is a criminal defense attorney in Phoenix, part of the firm’s Special Litigation and Compliance Group. He has a broad-based litigation and trial practice. Robert conducts internal corporate investigations, identifying issues and formulating front-line tactical response plans to address alleged workplace misconduct. An experienced trial lawyer, Robert defends those accused of crimes, and handles a wide range of other complex litigation, including commercial, healthcare, defamation, products liability, and injury matters. Having represented high level executives, athletes, and those who may have political interests or are otherwise subject to media exposure, Robert is adept at navigating these waters.

As a former criminal prosecutor and deputy county attorney, Robert has a vibrant criminal defense attorney practice. He defends those accused of both felonies and misdemeanors. Robert’s practice includes defending DUI and other traffic offenses, allegations against juveniles (criminal court and school disciplinary actions), possession of prohibited substances, theft, fraud, organized crime, asset forfeiture, property crimes, assault and white-collar crimes. He also conducts internal, corporate investigations involving theft, fraud and other misconduct.

Robert’s health care litigation practice centers on the representation of hospitals, laboratories and other healthcare facilities, physicians, nurses and other professionals in malpractice, credentialing, and licensure board matters.
