Health Care Alert: Navigating Health Care Reform
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Public Law No. 111-148) (the "Act") was signed into law on March 23, 2010. The Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 (H.R. 4872) (the "Reconciliation Act"), which made a number of health-related financing and revenue changes to the Act, was signed into law on March 30, 2010.
