Patrick Paul's practice is concentrated in environmental and toxic tort litigation, including asbestos and pollution claims. He also provides environmental and land use counseling, including lobbying, Clean Water Act Section 404 permitting and compliance, associated with siting and construction of master planned communities, industrial, and power and renewable power generating facilities, and administrative dispute resolution.
