Lilly Geiler is an associate in Snell & Wilmer’s Special Litigation and Compliance Group. She represents private and governmental clients in complex litigation matters at both the trial and appellate levels, bringing a disciplined and strategic approach to high stakes disputes.
Lilly’s practice spans a wide range of matters, including government contracting protests and disputes, political and constitutional litigation, healthcare disputes, tort and contract claims, and criminal defense. In addition to her litigation work, she regularly counsels clients on compliance with state and federal statutory and regulatory frameworks, helping organizations navigate evolving legal and enforcement landscapes.
Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Lilly served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Clint Bolick of the Arizona Supreme Court, where she gained insight into appellate procedure and judicial decision-making. While clerking, she also served as an adjunct professor at Loyola Law School and teaching consultant at Albany Law School.
