Laura Redstone handles a variety of commercial real estate matters, including financing, leasing, review of construction contracts, and purchase and sale transactions. She has more than 20 years of experience representing developers, borrowers, national financial institutions, private equity firms, and other investors and businesses.
Laura negotiates and closes complex financing transactions, including portfolio, mezzanine, acquisition, construction and permanent mortgage loans, as well as loan workouts for retail, office, industrial, and multifamily and single-family residential real estate developments. For example, she performed real estate due diligence for projects involving wind tower and turbine manufacturing facilities in connection with the purchase of land for a wind energy company’s factories.
