Kimberly Dennis’ practice is concentrated in management-side employment issues and disputes. She represents clients in a wide range of employment disputes in both state and federal court, including restrictive covenant disputes, disputes arising under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and discrimination and harassment disputes under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. In addition to her litigation practice, Kim provides employment counseling to a variety of companies and industries on an array of topics, serving as a sounding board and trusted advisor to HR departments and C-suite Executives. Kim is known for her strategic, creative, and cost-effective approach to solving client challenges.
Kim received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology from Arizona State University. She is licensed to practice law in both Arizona and California.
