Jeff Singletary concentrates his practice on business litigation in state and federal courts. He represents clients in matters involving corporate governance, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, business competition torts, real estate, public and private construction projects, and various intellectual property litigation matters, including trademark, trade dress, trade secret and patent claims.
