She is known for guiding critical motions, defending major claims, and safeguarding reputations with precision, perseverance, and persuasive advocacy. Her experience spans both district and appellate courts, where she draws on years as a judicial law clerk for the Utah Court of Appeals (Judge Diana Hagen) and the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah (Judge Bruce S. Jenkins) to anticipate judicial reasoning and craft compelling arguments.
Aline’s practice covers a broad range of complex litigation matters, from high-stakes motions to firm-defining disputes. She is recognized as a rising star in business litigation, having been named one of Utah Business Magazine’s 30 Women to Watch and selected for the NAPABA Leadership Advancement Program for 2025–26. Beyond her courtroom work, Aline’s leadership and dedication are evident in her service as co-lead of the firm’s Lawyers of Color affinity group and as a board member of the Utah Minority Bar Association. She brings an inclusive, relationship-driven approach to every matter, fostering trust, understanding, and a multicultural perspective that strengthens client collaboration and results.
