Snell & Wilmer Advises Phoenix-Based Battery Testing Company EAI in Sale with ATS Family of Companies

PHOENIX – Snell & Wilmer advised long-time client Electric Applications Incorporated (EAI), a provider of battery testing solutions during its sell-side transaction to join ATS Family of Companies (ATSFOC), a provider of consulting engineering, testing, and inspection services. 

Headquartered near downtown Phoenix, Arizona, EAI is a state-of-the-art battery testing laboratory providing comprehensive technical services for product and application development. EAI’s offerings align with the ATSFOC purpose to create a safe and reliable world. EAI has extensive expertise and experience in battery certification testing, performance evaluation, and application development. 

According to a recent ATS press release, EAI is an exciting addition to ATSFOC’s testing segment offerings, in furtherance of the company’s objective to broaden offerings to best support clients. By joining ATSFOC, EAI will extend its reach as a leading provider of battery testing solutions. EAI supports a full range of battery testing and application simulation across multiple battery chemistries. These include lead acid, lead carbon, nickel metal hydride, nickel cadmium, nickel-zinc, and a variety of lithium chemistries.
