Snell & Wilmer Welcomes 24 New Associates Firmwide

PHOENIX – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that the firm has welcomed 24 new associates firmwide.

The following are the firm’s new associates: 

Monica Bell focuses her practice in corporate and securities. Bell received her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School, and her B.A. in Neuroscience & Behavioral Studies and Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame. Prior to joining the firm, Bell served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Eduardo Rodriguez for the United States District & Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Texas.

Brandon Buck focuses his practice in intellectual property. Buck received his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, and his B.A. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from California State University, Sacramento. 

Megan Carrasco focuses her practice in commercial litigation. Carrasco received her J.D. from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, and her B.A. in Communication Studies from Kent State University. Prior to joining the firm, Megan served as a law clerk for Vice Chief Justice Ann Scott Timmer of the Arizona Supreme Court.  

Cole Craghan focuses his practice in special litigation and compliance. Craghan received his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School, and his B.A. in Political Science from DePaul University. 

Reid Edwards focuses his practice in commercial litigation. Edwards received his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School, and his B.S. in Political Science from Arizona State University. Prior to joining the firm, Edwards served as a judicial law clerk for Justice John R. Lopez IV of the Arizona Supreme Court. 

Brenna Fisher focuses her practice in commercial litigation. Brenna received her J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Wyoming College of Law, and her B.A. in Criminology from The Pennsylvania State University. Prior to joining the firm, Fisher worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Gregory A. Phillips of the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Honorable Scott W. Skavdahl of the United States District Court, District of Wyoming. Fisher is a Captain in the military with the United States Army Reserve.

Kourtney George focuses her practice in commercial litigation. George received her J.D. from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, and her B.A. in Journalism and Communication Studies from Creighton University.

Kelsey Haake focuses her practice in commercial finance. Haake received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey School of Law, and her B.A. in Economics from New Mexico State University. 

Blake Jackson focuses his practice in energy and natural resources. Jackson received his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, and his B.S. in Agriculture Business and Economics Concentration from Colorado State University.

Kelvin Jensen focuses his practice in commercial litigation. Jensen received his J.D. from Brigham Young University Law School, and his B.A. in Philosophy from Brigham Young University. Prior to joining the firm, Jensen served as a law clerk for Chief Judge David C. Nye and Judge Amanda K. Brailsford for the United States District Court for the District of Idaho. 

Angela Kim focuses her practice in corporate and securities. Kim received her J.D. from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, and her B.S. in Physiology from the University of Arizona.

Sarah Lazzaro focuses her practice in commercial litigation. Lazzaro received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, and her B.A. in History from California State University, Fullerton. Prior to joining the firm, Lazzaro served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Stephen V. Wilson of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Grant Mantell focuses his practice in real estate. Mantell received his J.D. from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, and his B.A. in Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Prior to joining the firm, Mantell served as a judicial extern for the Senior Judge James A. Teilborg for the District Court of Arizona. 

Miranda Martinez focuses her practice in real estate. Martinez received her J.D. from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, and her B.S. in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management. 

Rachel McMains focuses her practice in commercial litigation. McMains received her J.D. from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law, and her B.B.A. in Marketing from Southern Methodist University. 

Allison Murray focuses her practice in bankruptcy. Murray received her J.D. from Loyola Law School, and her B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Redlands. Prior to joining the firm, Murray served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Scott C. Clarkson, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California.        

Vanessa Pomeroy focuses her practice in special litigation and compliance. Pomeroy received her J.D. from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, and her B.S. in Political Science, Criminology and Criminal Justice from Northern Arizona University. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Susan M. Brnovich of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.

Nicole Redmond focuses her practice in commercial litigation. Redmond received her J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, and her B.A. in International Studies from Emory University. 

Emily Thomason focuses her practice in real estate. Thomason received her J.D. from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, and her B.S. in Journalism from the University of Idaho. Prior to joining the firm, Thomason served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Jennifer Zipps of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.

Owen Toepfer focuses his practice in labor and employment. Toepfer received his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School, and his B.A. in English Literature and Classical Languages from the University of Kansas. Prior to joining the firm, Toepfer served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Stephen R. Clark of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. 

Monique Torres focuses her practice in corporate and securities. Torres received her J.D. from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, and her B.A. in History from California Baptist University. 

Theresa Trenholm focuses her practice in labor and employment. Trenholm received her J.D. from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, William S Boyd School of Law, and her B.A. in English from California State Polytechnic University. Prior to joining the firm, Trenholm served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Elayna J. Youchah, Magistrate Judge of the United States District Court, District of Nevada. 

Savannah Wix focuses her practice in special litigation and compliance. Wix received her J.D. from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, and her B.A. in Integrated Marketing Communication from Pepperdine University. Prior to joining the firm, Wix served as a judicial extern to Honorable Judge Michael T. Liburdi.

Amy Young focuses her practice in real estate. Young received her J.D. from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law, and her B.S. in Health Science from Boise State University.
