Biography

Angela Kim is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group, where she focuses on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting, corporate governance, and other general securities and corporate transactions.

In her general corporate practice, Angela advises clients across various industries on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising transactions, and other corporate transactions. She negotiates and drafts acquisition and credit agreements, assists with legal due diligence, and prepares various closing and ancillary documents, including shareholder and director approvals and legal opinions. Angela also assists clients with business formation matters, including entity selection and preparation of formation and governing documents.

Within her securities practice, Angela advises clients on securities and regulatory compliance, with an emphasis on SEC reporting obligations and corporate governance matters. She also has experience representing issuers across a broad range of capital markets transactions, including public and private offerings of debt and equity securities.
