Biography

Cole Craghan is an associate in the firm’s Special Litigation and Compliance Practice Group, where he represents clients in high-stakes litigation and regulatory matters involving both private entities and government agencies. His practice spans a wide range of issues, including regulatory compliance, state attorney general investigations, consumer fraud claims, government contracting, and public-sector litigation.

Cole has particular experience advising clients on navigating complex regulatory frameworks and developing strategic solutions in the face of non-compliance, government scrutiny, and challenges to public contracts. He also has experience providing counsel in commercial disputes, and litigating constitutional and political law matters.

Cole earned his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School and holds a B.A. in Political Science from DePaul University.
