Nicole Redmond’s practice is concentrated in business litigation and investigations with an emphasis on complex contract disputes, civil administrative enforcement action defense, and False Claims Act defense.
Nikki has experience assisting small businesses navigating the Small Business Association’s (SBA) Paycheck Protection Program. And she defends businesses and individuals in connection with False Claims Act investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice, related to SBA loans and other claims. She increasingly focuses her practice on antitrust matters, with experience defending against price-fixing allegations related to the use of artificial intelligence-driven algorithmic pricing software.
As a former Air Force bomber pilot with over 20 years in the military, Nikki is reliable and adaptable. Her legal approach is grounded in listening deeply to and connecting authentically with her clients. She has a talent for understanding not just what clients say, but what they leave unsaid – allowing her to anticipate needs and craft effective, proactive strategies.
Nikki is also deeply connected to her local and military communities, maintaining an active pro bono practice in support of the D.C. Bar Pro Bono Center’s Advocacy & Justice Clinic and advocating for policies that support and empower military families.
