Biography

Owen Toepfer is a trusted advisor and advocate to employers of all sizes, representing their interests in a broad range of labor and employment matters. Known for his thorough, strategic, and detail-oriented approach, he defends clients in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), and Arizona Civil Rights Division (ACRD). He also advises employers on day-to-day HR and compliance issues and prepares employee handbooks and policies tailored to each client’s unique needs. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame Law School. Before joining Snell & Wilmer, Owen served as a judicial law clerk for Chief Judge Stephen R. Clark of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
