Allison Murray is an associate in the Orange County office. Allison is part of the firm’s Bankruptcy, Insolvency & Business Reorganization Group, as well as the Commercial Finance Group — offering a unique blend of experience that spans both litigation and transactional matters.
Bankruptcy and Insolvency, Creditor’s Rights Litigation
Allison represents debtors-in-possession, as well as secured and unsecured creditors, in a wide range of bankruptcy proceedings — including Chapter 11 cases, corporate reorganizations, and fraud/avoidance actions. Her litigation practice also extends to non-bankruptcy aspects of insolvency law, such as creditors’ rights and remedies, receiverships, and foreclosures.
Commercial Finance
Allison’s transaction practice includes representing lender clients in documentation of commercial, real estate, and asset-based lending transactions and out of court workouts.
Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Allison served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Scott C. Clarkson, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California. Prior to her judicial clerkship, Allison worked as a contracts representative and paralegal for the Boeing Company.
