Allison Murray Rejoins Snell & Wilmer’s Orange County Office
Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Allison Murray has rejoined the firm’s Orange County office as an associate in its Bankruptcy, Insolvency & Business Reorganization Group, as well as the Commercial Finance Group, offering a unique blend of experience that spans both litigation and transactional matters.
Murray represents debtors-in-possession, and secured and unsecured creditors, in a wide range of bankruptcy proceedings — including Chapter 11 cases, corporate reorganizations, and fraud/avoidance actions. Her litigation practice also extends to non-bankruptcy aspects of insolvency law, such as creditors’ rights and remedies, receiverships, and foreclosures.
Murray’s transactional practice includes representing lender clients in the documentation of commercial, real estate, and asset-based lending transactions and out-of-court workouts.
Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Murray served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Scott C. Clarkson, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California. Prior to her judicial clerkship, she worked as a contracts representative and paralegal for the Boeing Company.
