Our Practice
Our labor and employment attorneys assist clients with wage and hour audits as well as with defending employers in agency investigations and with litigation under state and federal laws. We advise clients on issues including state and federal minimum wage laws, compensation related to paid leave, the proper classification of employees, and keeping proper records.
