Zoe Simon

Zoe Simon is an attorney in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group with a unique background including private practice and in-house counsel experience. She is a seasoned transactional attorney who has worked with private equity clients and healthcare clients on mergers and acquisitions ranging from several million to billions in value.

She focuses on corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate affairs in and outside the healthcare space. Zoe has experience advising senior leadership on corporate governance matters, corporate financing including loan and covenant compliance, and strategic initiatives designed to support business growth in a variety of industries.

Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Zoe served as Corporate Counsel, responsible for mergers and acquisitions and corporate affairs, at AmSurg, one of the nation’s largest healthcare companies specializing in outpatient services. Zoe is also a proud alumnus of Harvard University, where she received her undergraduate degree, and the University of Southern California, where she received her juris doctor.
