Snell & Wilmer Welcomes Zoe Simon to the Phoenix Office
Phoenix – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Zoe Simon has joined the firm’s Phoenix office as an associate in its Corporate and Securities Practice Group.
Simon’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate affairs in and outside the healthcare space. Simon has experience advising senior leadership on corporate governance matters, corporate financing including loan and covenant compliance, and strategic initiatives designed to support business growth in a variety of industries.
Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Simon served as Corporate Counsel, responsible for mergers and acquisitions and corporate affairs, at AmSurg, one of the nation’s largest healthcare companies specializing in outpatient services.
Simon received her J.D. from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Harvard University.
