His experience, particularly in the Federal District Court of Nevada, enables him to craft and present precisely targeted arguments. He is experienced in conducting eDiscovery and working with ESI (Electronically Stored Information). His practice includes matters relating to shareholder derivative litigation, professional malpractice, fraudulent conveyance and other commercial torts, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and breach of contract disputes. He also works across industries, including firearms, high-value residential real estate, and hospitality.
V.R. strives to provide efficient and effective representation, leveraging his own and the wealth of additional experience within the firm and takes a consultative approach to client relationships, exploring non-litigation as well as litigation approaches to assisting his clients.
