V.R. Bohman is a trial and litigation attorney whose practice focuses on assisting individuals and corporations – from private to NASDAQ and Fortune 500 – with breach of contract disputes, shareholder derivative litigation, complex commercial litigation, civil litigation, internal and governmental investigations, commercial torts, fraud claims, and legal, medical, and professional malpractice actions.
He serves clients in Las Vegas, the region, and across the U.S. in numerous industries, including firearms, gaming and hospitality, financial services, construction, and high-value residential real estate. He also represents manufacturers, providers, retailers, and others that are market leaders in their respective industries. He is frequently sought out to handle “bet-the-company” litigation for his clients.
V.R. represents clients in expedited requests for injunctive relief and explores alternative non-litigation approaches, such as mediation and arbitration, when appropriate. He is a frequent speaker on the topics of eDiscovery and ESI (Electronically Stored Information). V.R. practices in both state and federal courts in Nevada and Utah, including the Supreme Court of Nevada, the United States District Court, District of Nevada and The Supreme Court of Utah.
V.R. devotes a significant amount of time to the community and serves on the Board of Directors of the United Way of Southern Nevada.
