Tim Scalo is a trial attorney who concentrates his practice in commercial litigation including construction, real property, cannabis, commercial leasing, product liability, health care matters, and business disputes. He has represented clients in state and federal courts in complex commercial disputes through all phases of litigation. Tim is particularly experienced in disputes involving contracts, construction defects, tort litigation and mechanics liens. He helps clients navigate dispute resolution, mediation and arbitration, and when necessary, bench and jury trials. Tim also has experience representing distributors and manufacturers in a variety of product liability cases.
