Richard Kim represents companies on trademark prosecution, counseling, licensing and litigation matters. He assists clients with all stages of securing U.S. trademark protection and coordinates the filing and prosecution of U.S. and international trademark applications.
Richard has extensive experience in managing large U.S. and global trademark portfolios in the consumer products, technology, scientific, food and beverage, health and entertainment fields, and working with clients in formulating U.S. and non-U.S. filing, protection and enforcement strategies.
