Megan Carrasco focuses her practice in commercial litigation, investigations, and government enforcement and white collar protection. In her investigations, government enforcement, and white collar protection practice, Megan regularly conducts internal investigations and represents companies and individuals in a wide variety of matters relating to federal and state criminal, civil, and regulatory enforcement.
Megan also focuses her practice in construction litigation. She regularly represents owners (including homeowners), contractors, and subcontractors in all aspects of construction disputes. Her experience includes disputes related to defective workmanship, wrongful terminations, change orders, mechanic’s liens, and breach of contract.
Megan graduated magna cum laude from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. Prior to joining the firm, Megan clerked for the Arizona Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. She also completed several externships with the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Arizona Court of Appeals, the Arizona Department of Gaming, and the Arizona Attorney General’s Office.
Megan is also involved in a number of legal organizations including the State Bar of Arizona’s Council on Women and Minorities in the Law, Committee on Access to Justice, the Arizona Women Lawyer’s Association, and the Federal Bar Association.
