Biography

Maria Conversa is an associate in the firm’s Litigation, Investigations, and Trials Practice Group, concentrating her practice on construction litigation, including complex disputes involving contractors, subcontractors, and owners. She has a wide array of experience handling contract disputes, mechanics’ lien enforcement, payment related matters, and construction defect claims.  In addition, Maria has served as external legal counsel for a major general contractor in California, supporting a large-scale public project, and resolving payment and performance bond claims.

Maria is committed to providing practical solutions to protect client interests and keep projects moving forward. Her client approach is to advise clear, efficient, and results oriented advice that helps her clients resolve disputes effectively while minimizing disruption to their business and ongoing projects.
