Jordin Pettit is an associate in the firm's real estate practice group. Jordin's experience includes assisting clients on a wide-range of sophisticated real estate transactional matters. She performs title review and analysis as well as drafts title objection letters. Furthermore, Jordin is well-versed in the real estate transaction process and carries out the drafting of purchase and sale agreements, reviewing title and feasibility matters, and coordinating closings which includes drafting closing-related documentation. Jordin drafts and reviews a variety of commercial agreements such as reciprocal easement agreements, escrow holdback agreements, lease estoppels, leasebacks, and LLC agreements.
