Jenna Bouchard focuses her practice in commercial finance, helping banks and other lenders structure, document, negotiate, conduct due diligence, and smoothly close complex financial transactions, including real-estate secured lending, asset-based lending, and cash flow lending of all types. Jenna has extensive experience in restaurant and other franchise finance transactions, as well as experience in financing for middle-market firms, ESOP transactions, auto dealership floor plans, construction, hotel acquisition and construction, commercial real estate, office and industrial properties, residential condominium and townhome construction, multifamily residential properties, and golf courses.

Additionally, Jenna is a member of Snell & Wilmer’s Attorney Development Committee and the Women’s Initiative Network.
