Biography

Christian Fernandez is a member of the firm’s commercial litigation practice group. In addition to handling general commercial disputes, Christian’s practice focuses on construction, real estate, and investigations, government enforcement and white collar protection. Christian has experience representing clients throughout the litigation process, including trial.

In his construction practice, Christian regularly represents owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in all aspects of construction disputes, including delay, defect, wrongful termination, change order, mechanic’s liens, and breach of contract disputes.

In his investigations, government enforcement and white-collar protection practice, Christian regularly conducts internal investigations and represents companies and individuals in a wide variety of matters relating to federal and state criminal, civil and regulatory enforcement.

Christian maintains a consistent pro bono practice. He has represented individuals in guardianships, contract disputes, and eviction disputes.
