Biography

Caleb Chin is an associate in the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group. His practice focuses on employment litigation and counseling. In litigation, Caleb represents employers in discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination and retaliation claims. He also represents employers in single plaintiff wage and hour cases, class actions, and PAGA (Private Attorneys General Act) actions. Caleb advises employers regarding wage and hour issues, leaves of absence, reductions in force, disciplinary matters, and termination. He conducts handbook updates, wage and hour audits, and drafts workplace policies and agreements.
