Snell & Wilmer Welcomes Associate Caleb Chin to the Orange County Office

ORANGE COUNTY – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that associate Caleb Chin has joined the firm’s Orange County office as an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group. Chin focuses his practice on employment litigation and counseling, representing employers in matters involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, wage and hour claims, class actions, and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) actions.

In addition to his litigation practice, Chin advises employers on a wide range of workplace matters, including wage and hour compliance, leaves of absence, reductions in force, disciplinary issues, and terminations. He also assists clients with employee handbook updates, wage and hour audits, and the drafting of workplace policies and agreements.

Chin earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of California, Irvine School of Law and his B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of California and the United States District Courts for all districts of California.
