Tony Carucci concentrates his practice on business litigation in state and federal courts. He represents clients in matters involving breach of contract, business torts, and real estate disputes. He also represents a variety of lenders and financial institutions in creditors’ rights litigation. His practice includes collections litigation and judgment enforcement against domestic individuals and business entities. Tony also advises U.S. and foreign-based gaming companies in complying with U.S. gaming laws and regulations.
