Tony Carucci represents clients in complex class actions, real estate, construction, fraud, and business dispute litigation. Tony has extensive experience defending companies against consumer class actions, including claims involving the Consumers Legal Remedies Act (“CLRA”), False Advertising Law, California’s Unfair Competition laws, express and implied warranties, California’s Honest Pricing law, and the Unruh Act. Tony also has significant experience in matters involving construction, real estate, breach of fiduciary duty claims, breach of contract, trade secrets, and corporate disputes. He also has experience with fraud and fraudulent transfer litigation.
Tony has extensive experience in all aspects of client management and litigation. He brings this knowledge, an old-school work ethic and attention to detail to every stage of litigation, where he cuts through complex legal issues and develops creative and effective solutions for his clients. Tony also serves as a business advisor and counselor to his clients, developing efficient, effective, and practical solutions to the complex and intricate problems they encounter in today’s ever-changing business and legal landscape. In doing so, he strives to develop strategies with the goal of avoiding or minimizing the chances of litigation.
Tony has represented a range of clients including food and beverage companies, apparel manufacturers, real estate developers and investors, construction companies, hotel chains, large financial institutions, herbal and nutraceutical manufacturers and retailers, landlords, tenants, and entertainment companies. These clients range from Fortune 100 companies and national banks to small business entrepreneurs and investors. He is a member of Snell & Wilmer’s Litigation, Investigations, and Trials Practice Group, and Co-Chairs the firm’s Class Action Industry Group.
